With mind boggling statistics of teachers leaving the teaching profession within the first three to five years of teaching educators, Pamela Gordon and Carole Jacobs, came to a profound realization. Our teachers are a national treasure that needs to be honored and protected.
Their Vision: Teacherality is an innovative professional development program aimed at helping educators recapture, protect and celebrate their passion for teaching with tools, talk ... and tea.
You may become involved either as a student of a Teacherality program or even become a Teacherality Curator.
